Angry and Disgusted

I find myself filled with rage at yet another young woman being murdered by a male who clearly felt it was his right to harm her.
I'm filled with anguish for her family and friends. Sadly, I'm far too aware of what they're going through. That Laa Chol grew up in Shepparton and attended school with several people I know intensifies these feelings.
I'm filled with disdain at the cavalier manner in which some sections of the media have dealt with the grieving family and the memory of the deceased.
Finally, I am disgusted to my core by the the depraved manner in which some of our so-called political leaders have twisted this tragic event for their own political gain.
May she rest in peace.
