Wilful Ignorance or Outright Lie?

This morning our PM Scott Morrison was in the ABC's RN Breakfast and was asked about the Uluru Statement & the proposal for an Indigenous Voice to Parliament. Like his predecessor, he rejected it and labelled the proposal as a 'third chamber of parliament.'
Whether one agrees with an Indigenous 'voice to Parliament' or not - to call it a third chamber is a wilful misunderstanding of the Uluru Statement. Either our PM hasn't bothered to read the statement or he's happy to continue spreading his government's bare-faced lie.
We deserve better.
